Overall really cute tags. One name on the tag was mispelled ( I had it correct on the order and they had it correct on the shipping label in the box but wrong on the tag). I attempted to reach out to the company with no response back. I contacted Jane and they were unable to get a response from the company as well. Jane refunded the money for the tag.

The ornament was super cute but it was a personalized gift that I couldn’t give because the name was spelled wrong. I’m so disappointed.

Still haven’t received this item and it was ordered on November 26th. No message from company that item arriving this late!

Absolutely beautiful ornament!! The photos do not do it justice - I was amazed at the quality when I open the package. The shipping did take a while but it was worth the wait!
