I ordered a keychain and asked for the delivery address to be changed. They confirmed they got the email to change the address but I never got the keychain. I’ve emailed them 3 times asking about it to see about getting another one or if it was mailed to correct address but have yet to hear from anyone. It was a Mother’s Day gift and I really just wanted another one and would’ve paid for it. Super frustrating.

I received a keychain that was broken in half.

I still have not received this item and I ordered it a month ago. Contacted sellers and never heard back. Extremely disappointed

These want to be super cute, but they are super cheap materials. The clip is not metal, the engraved piece broke in shipping, and the tassel fell apart after 4 days. Super not worth it, and the seller does not return emails. This has been a pretty disappointing purchase.

Would have given 0 starts if possible. I ordered this item nearly a month ago. It never showed up. I've contacted the seller more than once and I only got back one response basically blaming my post office. I do NOT recommend ordering for these sellers!

I thought this looked very cheap. Not nearly as nice in person. I threw it away.

Had I seen this in person, before purchasing it, I would not have paid even half the cost. To be honest, I would have never bought it. I had read that it would be here by Mother’s Day, (that is why I made the purchase), but once I submitted my order, the delivery date was listed as after. (It is even labeled as “Personalized Keychain / Mother’s Day Gift”.)This is the first thing I have purchased through Jane that I have been thoroughly disappointed in.

I thought it would be made out of metal, but it’s plastic.

My keychain came broken, I have been trying to reach out to the company for a refund, have not been successful yet. Did not realize that the keychain was made so fragile.

When I received the keychain, it was broken. I have reached out to the seller on two separate occasions regarding the broken keychain with no response. Very disappointing since every, single purchase I have made from Jane has been top notch with excellent customer service if there was a problem. This is the first non-five star rating and the first one-star rating I have given a seller on Jane.

I ordered this on September 2nd and here it is October 11th and I still have NOT recieved it 😡..VERY DISSAPOINTED. Zero stars!!!

Already broken

I'm rating this product, so low, because mine broke within a week of having it on my Keychain, and after giving one to my mom, for mother's day, hers broke within just a few days. I'm hoping I can get a refund. I ordered 3, so far 2, have broke. they are super cute, just really badly made.

I bought this for my son for Mother’s Day and on day 1 the round piece broke off. Then today it snapped in half. My mom isn’t rough with things but it was very cheaply made. Very disappointed because it was really pretty

The tassel feel apart within hours of being on the keychain. I gave this as a Mother’s Day gift and it did not last the day. I reached out to the seller twice, unanswered.

The tassel came out and fell apart as soo as my mother put it on her keychain! She just opened it! Very disappointed it’s very pretty but poorly put together!

Not a good quality product. The tassel started coming apart right away, and now the part that says Gigi just fell off.
