The tassel came out and fell apart as soo as my mother put it on her keychain! She just opened it! Very disappointed it’s very pretty but poorly put together!

Never received item purchased and unable to get thru to Jane to get help, it would not accept the order #…route is show it shipped but never delivered sitting at usps since Nov 29th! I just don’t understand why it is so difficult to get a response!!!
