I ordered a keychain and asked for the delivery address to be changed. They confirmed they got the email to change the address but I never got the keychain. I’ve emailed them 3 times asking about it to see about getting another one or if it was mailed to correct address but have yet to hear from anyone. It was a Mother’s Day gift and I really just wanted another one and would’ve paid for it. Super frustrating.

I have been asked to review this item I have been charged for, but never received. I have emailed the owners and haven’t heard anything. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. It would be nice to get a refund if I’m not going to receive the package.
