My first item arrived cracked and when I contacted the seller they quickly said they would fix it. They even sent it to a different address for me since it was a gift. It's too cute and my mom loves it.

Came later than expected but my mom loved this as part of her Mother’s Day gift. I love mine as well. The tassel has already fallen apart but oddly enough I’m okay with it.

Shipping was delayed but at no fault to the company. Rather it was an issue with the postal service. This company went above and beyond to offer me a refund, check in personally on my thoughts and express great apologies, as well as offer same item to be reshipped. The item was received quickly after that communication and in great condition. Wonderful customer service. Adorable keychain!

Had this made for my Mom for Mother’s Day. My kids call her “gahgee”, so I appreciate when I can customize products with something other than nana/grandma. It’s a beautiful, trendy key chain. Highly recommended!

Would have given 0 starts if possible. I ordered this item nearly a month ago. It never showed up. I've contacted the seller more than once and I only got back one response basically blaming my post office. I do NOT recommend ordering for these sellers!
