Very quick response time when communication is needed. Shirt is awesome, I love your shirts!!!

I got this for my 9 tear old. He normally wears a youth medium and that's what I ordered. It fits him perfectly. He likes it!

I still have not received my order or an update from 7/25. Tracking just says a label was created and that is all. I have been unable to contact the seller I am not sure how else to reach out.

I ordered this on 7/27 and never received it but seller said it was shipped but they could see it got lost somewhere. They agreed to resend that was on 9/5 it once again shows it shipped but still no product and it’s now 9/20.

It was exactly as pictured! Love it.

The Boo tee in orange isn’t as pictured. The orange tee I received is much lighter and less vibrant and the graphic isn’t fully white so the “boo “ shows up with much less contrast. The picture is misleading and I’m disappointed with my purchase.

Super cute shirt! I only gave 4 stars bc it took forever for it to actually get shipped out.

My package came late (I had to contact jane because the seller never responded until jane stepped in) and was definitively not as advertised. Not to mention. This sweater was not the size I ordered. I ordered a medium and this was like an XL and didn’t even have the size on the sweater. Just a guess because it was really big.

The only reason that I’m giving this a 3 star review is because I eventually I got a response from the seller, after receiving the wrong sweatshirt and having to go through Jane and then going through Route to get my refund then the seller finally responded just with “give her a refund” which I had already gotten. There was no offer of Sending me the correct sweatshirt and I thought it was really kind of rude that it wasn’t even a thought to say hey would you like “ Hey would you like is it the sweater that you originally ordered or hey we don’t have these sweatshirts they were in stock but would you like a different one etc.? it was just give her a refund after everyone else had already done the work, so I don’t think I’ll be buying from the seller again.
