I accidentally shipped my order to my old address which is very far from my current. I emailed the seller and they responded very promptly and was able to fix the shipping and send it to my current address. Very friendly and so helpful. Thank you so much!

Honestly, I'd leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely zero communication from the seller. I never received my shirt and got no response when I emailed them. I had to open a Paypal case to get my refund. I definitely can't recommend this seller.

Finally received the shirts. Ordered 9/5, received 10/19. The shirts are two different brands. One is definitely unisex sized, as expected. The other is a considerably smaller cut, like it is a ladies style instead of unisex size as ordered.

Ordered 9/5. Hasn't moved since 9/22. It's 10/12. No response from seller. NOT happy!!!

EDIT: FINALLY received package on 10/21. Still no response from seller from original email. Moving from 1 star to 2 only because I did finally received it. I ordered on 9/5/21. Pre-shipment tracking updated on the 22nd with no movement since. I have contacted the seller with no response. I am VERY disappointed that I have not received this shirt and I am out $22 for nothing.

Never got my package.

The sweatshirt is nice but like many others, shipping was delayed and I had to get Jane customer service involved before I finally received the product. Not a good experience foer my first time using Jane. I ordered in August and received product in October.

Placed the order on September 10th and still have yet to receive the shirt. I reached out to the company who said they would look into why it hasn't shipped yet and then I received no further response. I would like to get my money back so I can order the same shirt, for cheaper somewhere else. This was my first time buying anything off of Jane.com and I'm not sure I'll buy anything else.

I have yet to receive my order despite saying it was shipped on September 21st. I will be contacting the seller but bases on other recent reviews I can see that this has been a trend. I will update when/if I receive my order.

The review should be 0 stars. I purchased this shirt on 9/11. It took almost two weeks to get the shipping started, which is not unusual on Jane. However, the usps status has not updated. I have reached out more than once and received no response. Jane support has not even responded. This is either a scam or something terrible happened to the seller to prevent orders going out. With lack of response, next route is PayPal claim.

Oct 31 and still no shirt

Haven't received my t-shirt yet and it's Nov 5th. Have attempted to contact the seller via email with no return response. I was so excited about this t-shirt for Halloween, but come Nov 5th, the excitement is gone

Item never arrived….terrible customer service. Was only issued a refund because the Jane customer service stepped in and forced the issue. Beware of this seller!
