Horrible quality

While the shirt I received is great, the customer service is very poor. I ordered on May 12th. After two weeks had passed, I emailed Johnny Threads on May 28th, politely asking for the whereabouts of my order. I sent my email to both email addresses: the one listed here on Jane.com and the one listed on Johnny Thread’s website. I never heard from them. Thankfully, my shirt was delivered a few days ago, but I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. I will not be ordering from Johnny Threads again.

The shirts seems good quality and the design is great! I ordered the Georgia print and really love the design/quality of the print. I ordered 4 shirts, I gray color and unfortunately the designs is very difficult to see. I understand I chose the shirt color but it would have been nice to notify the customer the design can't be seen.

I ordered 2 of these shirts a few weeks ago and never received them. The first time I reached out to the sellers they responded immediately and told me they made a new order for me. I still have not received anything and sent 2 emails this week with no response. Tracking shows the order has been in the same spot for weeks now. I’m super bummed and since I’m getting no response I have no idea how I will be refunded??

Love the shirt! Had some issues with shipping (no fault of the seller), but when I contacted the seller about it, they responded quickly and fixed my issue!

I ordered back in January and accidentally put the wrong address. Contacted the seller the same day to change the address and didn't hear back. It has now been two months and I haven't received my package OR an answer back from seller after multiple emails. Will never order from them again.

Don't like the brand they use to print product on. It's also very thin for the price paid. A little smaller than posted.
