Never received. Seller wouldn’t respond. I’m so disappointed!

It has been over 30 days since I ordered my HALLOWEEN shirt! I have still not received. The company said they would send another out but never did. I doubt I will receive by Halloween, so there is no point. I just want a refund!

Still have not received and seller isn't answering my emails. Please someone help. Ugh.

SCAM! This shop SUCKS!!! Three weeks since it supposedly shipped- still no shirt. Seller wouldn’t reply last week either. Save your money.

Never received and getting no response from seller regarding refund.

I have still not received my order. The tracking shows it has not loved. I have contacted the seller multiple times and no one has responded. These were gifts and for Halloween and I am very very disappointed.

I have tried 3 attempts to contact this seller because I never received these items. No response. Do not buy from this seller.

I like the shirt, but it took over a month to get to me. Received after Halloween so pretty much have to wait until next year to wear it. And when I reached out to the seller, I never got a reply back. The shirt just randomly showed up. So shirt was 4 star but experience dropped it to a 2/5.

Update: I received my shirts today, Oct. 10th, and changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I still never heard from the seller, so I emailed Jane's customer service. They contacted the seller for me, and I have no idea if that is what changed things. It could have been coincidence that the mail system just happened to catch up. I still wouldn't necessarily recommend this seller, but I am pleased to finally have my items. They are just as pictured, soft, and true to size. Thankfully there's still a good chunk of October left for me to wear my Halloween tees! I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 2 shirts on September 1st which never showed up. I waited a full month to email them, and that was a week ago. I haven't heard back and doubt that I will. So frustrating!

Purchased for my husband. Very thick and he likes it. Have washed and dried it twice and the fabric is already pilling, so a little disappointed with that. Overall still a very good product

Never received. Contacted, said they were shipping a new shirt, still never received. Got a refund after submitting to Route.

I ordered this mid September and I still have not received it. Showing shipped over 10 days ago and still shipping?!? Most likely won’t get it in time for Halloween…disappointed

This is a very cute shirt, but it took FOREVER to arrive.

Sweatshirt is great quality and true to size. Four stars because image on front seems very small and not proportional for XL size.

I ordered large and medium would have fit just fine but that's the way I like my jackets, bigger and loose. It's thinner material than I was expecting but comfortable and I wish it had drawstrings for the hoodie but still is comfortable and a perfect fitting hoodie.

Ordered a small and received an XL then got no response when I contacted the seller through email.
