Ordered a shirt over a month ago and still have yet to receive it.

I bought 2 of these. Never received and thru never replied to me or Jane. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this vendor.

Ordered this 8/27/22 and still have not received it. My order still shows as processing and cannot get a response from Jane.

I purchased from this seller two different times. BOTH times my shipment never arrived and after weeks later I contacted them and they said they would re send another package. Neither of them ever arrived! Either shipment! It has been over a month. I finally just requested a refund from Jane. I will not be purchasing from them again. I have not had this problem with any other seller on Jane.

I don’t normally leave reviews, much less bad ones. I ordered on Nov. 20 item says shipped Nov.30 but as of December 17th hadn’t moved. Jane reached out to vendor and they promptly gave the excuse they seem to use all the time, UsPS just said to reship it with the same tracking number. (I work for a boutique, I know that is against the law to double use a tracking number. I’ve personally been told by our Usps manager so that was clearly a lie. ). Still haven’t received any package from them and it’s December 28th. I know Christmas shipping blah blah blah. Once again, I’m the business. I know the only excuse is they aren’t doing their jobs. I was seriously looking forward to this shirt. I’m sad

Too Tight didn’t like

I'm not quite sure how to review this transaction. Like half of the reviewers, my order was marked as "shipped" but sat "pending acceptance" by the post office for 10 days. After those 10 days passed I contacted the seller who, to my surprise, replied right away to say something about the post office and how they'd get a new order going for me right away. Having read the other reviews, I didn't expect that response, so I was grateful. Then, the day after I contacted the seller I was surprised to see the original shipment magically start to move. It was delivered two days after I contacted them (which is normal considering where it came from and where I am), and I never heard a word about the "replacement" order. So it's obvious that the order wasn't actually shipped when they said it was, and it took me asking about it for them to actually do it. So who knows how long it would have sat if I didn't? I am relieved that I was one of the lucky ones who didn't have to wait two months and that I received my shipment at all, and I do like the shirt, but it shouldn't have been up to me to make sure it got shipped. 5 stars for the product, 1 for the experience. Probably won't buy from this seller again.

Not as soft as I would like

Cute t-shirt. Bought Youth M for my son. It maybe was a little smaller than some Youth M but overall soft and nice.

Y’all. Get this!!!! First off, I’m 5’8, 140lbs. I wanted it snug fit, so I ordered the Youth L - not accounting for how short the shirt would be. I contacted Johnny Threads to do an exchange/return for an adult small - and they told me to just keep the shirt I had, and they’d resend the correct size!!! A week later the new, correct size shirt arrived. Talk about customer service!!! I will order from them again in a heartbeat. New size fits perfect.
