I just received it today, I absolutely love the shirt. Fits great, looks great

The shirt is really cute, but the size is not true to size as stated. I got my regular size "S" and it's huge.

Package said to ship September 16 Haven't received yet and it's September 24 Emailed and got a delayed response and said they were checking with their shipping facility and they would get back to me Still haven't heard back and apparently no one knows where my package is or what is going on Very frustrated

Ordered item on Sept 3rd, processed soon after that. Tracking showed in Jane account around the 16th ~ I tracked and it showed no movement ~ just preshipment status.(this didn't change on my end until this past Saturday) I emailed JT's several times. They responded on the 22nd that they would look into shipping ~ I heard nothing back. On 24th I got in touch with Jane customer service, they mediated and CC'd me in the email ~ still heard nothing back from JT's. I finally got a tracking email on Sept 26th. I have no issue with delays especially w/ C19. I get it, however JT dropped the ball in communicating. Item arrived on 28th and I get a pretty nasty email from them. (JT) They said the package was moving the entire time, however they never shared that info with me. If they had just closed the loop,then I wouldn't have had to leave a negative review. I communicated with them several times and tried to get information, but they didn't follow through. I hope the shirt is of better quality than their customer service. Jane apologized for this unfortunate situation and I am a short lived JT customer as this is my first and last order. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

They are so cute. Fit perfect! The fabric is really soft - comfortable.

Ordered September 4. It’s September 24, and I still have not received item. I can’t actually say anything about the shirt because I haven’t seen it, but I don’t think I will be ordering from this company again.

I ordered my tshirt Sept 5th and I still have not received it. They keep saying it has been delayed. This is too long to wait for something that they took the money out of my account right away. I dont like that.

Ordered on sept 3rd. As of sept 24th, order is still processing. I contacted them and got no response.

Ordered the baseball style white shirt with orange sleeves. The silk-screen design looks great and it arrived in about 2 and and a half weeks. The only reason I did not give this item 5 stars is because the material is SO, VERY thin. The white part of the shirt is literally see through and I am concerned that the shirt itself will be prone to tears/holes because it is so thin. I would still recommend this product, but I will be wearing a tank top underneath the shirt and will just have to be careful so I don't get a hole in it.

Fun shirt, good price.
