A little small but the crotch hole is so large that it makes the fit feel too small.

The panties ran small, and after washing them, they shrunk significantly. I ordered a size large and after washing them, they were easily a size small. Completely unwearable, and the distributer will not respond to my emails.

This item does not run true to size and the materials was very thin and not slimming whatsoever.

Needs better instructions. Hurt my back fillings really bad! Seen no difference.

Unfortunately these pads are so sticky after wearing over night(as directed), i have to use a pumice stone to get the residual stickiness off my feet. Not enough pads to really notice if toxins are being pulled but the black interior pad is so messy, i don’t want to continue use. Waste of money, not worth it!

Runs very small but are pretty
