I have tried contacting you twice to return the band you shipped. I received two different sized bands and cannot use it on my watch. Horrible customer service!

Just what I wanted

Basically a piece of plastic - comparable to a cheap tarp you lay down when you paint. There are magnets but they’re the size of smartie (ya know, the candy) and there’s just one of them in each corner. If there’s any wind, this flimsy thing will fly away. Totally not worth the money and if I would have seen this at a store I would have never purchased this item. Such a waste and I’m disappointed Jane.com would allow such a shoddy product to be sold on their site.

Very flimsy... doesn’t stay if there’s lots of wind

I ordered two of these necklaces for my daughters with their initials on them, one so far has broken because the clasp is not made well. But for the price what do you expect. This product has lowered my standard for Jane jewelry.

I have an extra small wrist. The Apple band my watch came with fits snuggly in the third to last hole. This one was dangling off my wrist on the very last hole. It didn’t leave a place to specify what size and it looks like they sent a large. Would love to have one that fits properly- seems like a great bargain!

For the price it is exactly what I need and expected.
