Trio Prints | 3 Pack
These prints...had they arrived in GOOD condition, would be alright. However, they were in a white "flimsy" light cardboard type envelope. The envelope was all beat up! Part of the paper on the envelope was torn off the back..the envelope had been bent in two places and the prints inside, were also bent on the bottom right side. My husband trimmed them to fit into an 8 x 10 inch frame and, when in the frames, you could STILL see the bend in the prints! These were supposed to be part of a gift for my granddaughter, but I am not going to give her something that looks bent up and not new. I have not contacted the seller, because, my past experience with trying to contact a seller about items that were inferior in quality resulted in my NEVER getting a return email or contact of any kind. I feel that "some" sellers do not stand behind their products and I will not do business ever again with thee types of people! 9/28/20 This is an update on my previous review. After the seller saw my posted review, she contacted me almost immediately, and apologized for the condition in which I received my prints. She kindly cut new prints down to size for me and sent them out PRONTO! I received them today and am quite happy with the prints and the seller's willingness to correct the problem.
