Never received order. Ordered for Mother’s Day gifts. Emailed the seller and received an email that said email does not exist. Will not order from this company again. Was excited to give to my sister for Mother’s Day but was not able to. Will be contacting Jane to see if I can get a refund or if they can help me out. I’ve never had to contact Jane in all the years I’ve shopped here. Very disappointed....

Have not ever received it

Definitely received the wrong order, as my print has different names and months I have sent two emails with no response. This was a for a birthday gift and the event is in a few days.

Was so excited about this but it never came!

Never shipped

Still have not received my package after weeks from purchase. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times, but no response. Very upset and disappointed.

Great product but had to pay for shipping which clearly states free shipping

Put the wrong name on the pic….i know I didn’t do it because we double checked it. It says mamas garden instead of nanas

I would have preferred that the birthday date was written on this instead of the number of the month but other than that I LOVE IT!! I’ve already framed it and hung it! GREAT quality too!

The paper quality is good. The flowers and lettering are beautiful. Only issue I have is that beside each flower is the ordering number that is shown on the order page. This product came and was gorgeous. My issue is with the seller.I had a name listed twice. When asked to see my order to see if I made the mistake the seller has not responded to my two emails.

Its okay,not very bright an i dont love the lettering print.

Colors not so vibrant.

They left the final name off. I entered all the info but they say it didn’t show. I emailed to have it corrected and once we chatted to resolve it nothing was done. Waste of $30.

The writing was quite tiny, hard to read!!

Would've been the perfect gift for my daughter had the USPS not bent it by shoving it in the mailbox. Very disappointed it came to her in that condition. But it turned out as described.

Ordered 2 prints. But needed to change one of them. I reached out to the shop two times before the order was shipped however I received no word. The owner did reach out to me via email saying that she would correct it and send me a new tracking number however that has been several days and I'm not sure if I will get my shipment in time for mother's Day. The prints are beautiful.

Love this, came out beautiful. My only complaint would be that one of the letters on one name isn't bolded like the others so it catches my eye because I'm a perfectionist like that. Otherwise it looks great.

It is a lovely picture at a great price. However, ours has the month of birth and the number month with it. I.e 11 November, 7 July etc... This implies that the birthday is November 11th when you first look at it. I would have prefered it just to have the month listed with the flower and if you're providing a number, allow it to be the birthday day too not the month #.
