Way too big cost me to return it. Out more money

I wore this sweater one time and it ripped at the seam in the arm.

Runs short. I ordered XL thinking it would be long enough to wear with leggings but it wasn’t. I’m usually a M or Lg.

Requested a refund for the waffle sweater. Sent package via USPS, however, the address given for the return was a locked gate with multiple packages outside the locked gate. USPS stated both the carrier and their supervisor made multiple attempts to deliver the package but were not able to get past the locked gate and would did not want to leave the package with the other mulitple packages dumped outside of their address. Company will not respond to emails with statements of "Underliverable" from the USPS. Sadly, looked up the company, it was created December 16, 2021. Seems to be fraudulent.

Did not receive what I ordered, can't get ahold of customer service to return it

I loved this sweater but I just tried it on today and it has a giant hole in the armpit. Hoping to hear back from the shop so I can get a return! Not satisfied for the price I paid!

I have never received this article and it was ordered 12-23-22…. I sent a message to the seller but still have not heard anything
