Lovely Floral Maxi Dress

I returned this item. Not ideal for tall people, ran very short to be a maxi dress. No problems with returning it for a refund. The boutique responded fairly quickly.

The Alessa Aztec Embroidered Blouse

The description said embroidered but only the front is embroidered, the sleeves are not they are imprinted which makes the shirt look cheap. The sleeves are short as well. They do not go to your wrists. The blouse is little shorter than I expected.

The Rachelle Tassel Blouse

I really liked the blouse however when it came the hem was out of the right sleeve right out of the package. I contacted both the seller and Jane regarding the defect requesting a replacement. The buyer initially sounded like they were going to make it right and then ignored the request both from myself and from Jane.com They didn’t bother to respond either way. Jane.com has always had the best customer service regarding their customers and they followed up on the issue and issued a refund after no response from Hidden Gems. I was very disappointed in Hidden Gems and their lack of interest in making the item right and the lack of concern for the customer. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this boutique. I am rarely one to write a negative review however was very disappointed that Hidden Gems lacked any type of concern for the damaged merchandise.

I did receive the shirt and I love it the problem is the rest of the order I never receive the correct items and you can’t get it corrected through emails and chat - for weeks now I have tried to correct this problem and no one is listening no one understands
