Name that was added for personalization looks like a child took a marker and wrote it on. Embarrassed to give it as a gift.

The customized name letters looked a little cheap. It just didn’t look as good as the pic. Ok deal for the price

I got someone else's book. not the correct book or name. I need a label to return it and get my money back.

Did not ship when it said they would ship. Shipped approximately 10 days after said ship date, but once I received them I was pleased with how they looked.

No shipping notification, its been over 14 day and they prompted me for a review of my item.. currently I believe its poor customer service !

I did receive it in a very timely manner. Product is AWESOME. I do appreciate their great customer service and would certainly order from them again!

So glad I purchased this item! Great size and I love that it was personalized!!

I ordered 2 day planners as Christmas presents. One was perfect. Beautifully designed, no flaws at all. The other one was awful. Not only was the personalized name printed across the front all crooked, but the binder itself wasn't completely attached and pages were falling out of the back. Overall I'm very disappointed with how this turned out.
