In love with this for next year!

Seller contacted me and is correcting the two planners for me. I offered to pay for expedited shipping but seller will ship at no charge! Thanks to seller for prompt response and correcting the planners! Will definitely order again from this seller! Ordered 8 planners and while 6 were good, the remaining two were awful. The two looked like a 3rd grader imprinted them--was awful looking. These were going to be Christmas gifts but no way am I giving these. I have contacted the seller via email but no response. Not sure how the seller can respond to this epic imprint failure. I would like a replacement of the Jill and Cindy planners or my money refunded.

These made amazing gifts

The spiral was messed up and bent some and the pages don’t want to stay on. My husband tried his best to fix it. I’ll just have to be careful when turning pages so they don’t fall out. Otherwise very cute UPDATE: They have exceptional customer service. Upon receipt of my review they offered to replace the planner. The more I look at my planner, I think my husband fixed it. BUT it is great to know they offered to replace it!

Personalization looks like it was done with a sharpie. Dissapointing.
