I had high hopes for this. I was disappointed when it arrived. First the packaging they sent it in was not adequate. The chain was broken. Luckily, I have friends who can repair this type of thing. Second, the stamping is very hard to see. Again, a friend fixed it for me. It's nice but I will not buy again.

I am sorry to hear your opinion is so low of our product! After being in business for 7 years, I do understand we will not be able to please everyone. As for the materials, the options offered are a less expensive material to keep it affordable for you to purchase at a sale price. You may be happier buying a material like sterling silver or gold fill at full price which can be 4 times higher at the minimum. The engraving is done with a diamond tip that is very precise on a professional CNC engraving machine.
