The sign arrived in a timely matter. It actually shipped before the stated ship date. If was in a bubble envelope, and although mine wasn't damaged, I did not think it was a very good packaging idea as it was not protected - could have easily been broke. It also had a really strong smell to it - like a camp fire smell. I have let it sit out now for several days and the smell is almost completely gone. I got this for a gift, so I did not want to wrap it until the smell went away.
