Don't bother. You won't receive your product. Unreliable vendor. Two thumbs down.
I order this a month ago and still have not received my purchase. I tried reaching out twice with no response.

Was charged over a month ago. Order says, “still processing” with no communication from seller whatsoever.
I ordered a monogrammed hat on 8/1 and have yet to receive it. The order history states estimated ship date of 8/16 and when I emailed the vendor I haven’t gotten a response. I am not trying to be ugly I would just like the status of my order or should I be expecting a refund. Please contact me to discuss. Thanks!
Bought this on July 30 and it was supposed to ship by Aug 13 and I still haven’t received it. From all the other reviews, this is when Jane needs to step in. We should be refunded from this order, this is terrible!!
Ordered this July 29 shows still in status should ship Aug 13. It is Aug 28 and status has not changed. I have emailed seller twice with no response... I want a refund...

I ordered a hat and it was scheduled to ship on Aug 13th, but says it is still processing. I noticed that I am apparently not the only one with this issue- after reading some reviews. I have emailed the company 3 times, but no reply. Very frustrating!!!!!
Updating to reflect that this product was finally received and is very cute. Shipping took much longer than expected, and customer service is not great.
Never received an item. Contacted seller, and I didn’t receive a response. According to these reviews, it seems to be a problem.
The hat itself was ok but it took forever to receive... Showed expected ship date, but it did not ship until weeks later. Actually forgot I had ordered it until Jane asked me to review it.
