Exactly what I thought I was getting! Well worth the price

Hat was good quality,but monogrammed letters are crooked and I am disappointed because it's a Christmas gift!

I love the fleece jacket and am excited about wearing it when the weather gets cooler. I am a brunette and I ordered the winter white/creme color in the dark gray monogrammed letters. The two look great together.

The quality of this item was fine. It took over a month to get the item I ordered.

Never received my hat. Unable to contact the seller.

I ordered this about 4 weeks ago and I have not received anything. It was supposed to be shipped by October 30, and sill nothing. I have tried to email the company and the email bounces right back to me as undeliverable. I tried to email the company directly from their website and it still will not go through. I'm not sure how to get ahold of them to try and work this out.

I have not received my cap and it’s been almost a month since I placed my order. I attempted to contact Lemon Mintee but my email was returned as undeliverable. Not sure if I’ll ever see this order.

I have yet to receive this item. I ordered it on October 8th. I don't see where she has even processed this order. Sent an email and it was returned, which means the account has been deactivated. Called the number listed on the website and it would only let me leave a message, of course I have yet to receive a return call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I am going to have to see if Jane will refund my money.

I received a hat with the wrong monogram. I double checked my order history and I entered the letters I wanted correctly. I’ve tried several times to notify LemonMintee directly through email and voicemail with no response. Very poor customer service if you ask me. By not responding shows they don’t back up their product. Will not order or recommend them.

She got the letters wrong. I sent an email, she responded once, then left me completely hanging! I had to go through Jane.com to get a refund! Super disappointed!
