Possibly the worst customer service ever, as in this item was ordered on Nov 29, said it would ship by Dec 12, and was not received until Dec 23. I attempted to contact the seller TWICE to find out what was going on and never received a response. I finally contacted Jane.com, who also didn't respond, but my item was shipped the following day. I'm assuming they contacted the seller, but not sure. Delays, especially at Christmas, are totally understandable, but not responding when someone has already been charged and not received their item is inexcusable. I'll never purchase from this seller again, regardless of the quality of the item.

Took a while to get, but it was expected because it was made to order. Love it though!

I love the shirt but communication with the seller was less than satisfactory. I waited over three weeks to receive this item. I contacted the sellers several times regarding shipping with no response. Also shortly after placing my order, I contacted the seller about changing the style of monogram with no response. Not good business.

Ordered on November 24th and did not receive for Christmas. I contacted seller and they said they would send another one out and it should be here by Christmas. Guess what? I am trying to find another gift for my niece on December 23rd. Do not use!

The shirt doesn’t seem to be the same ‘fit’ as the pictures. It’s more fitting and shorter in the front than the back. It still works, but doesn’t fit like a basic t-shirt.

I love this shirt! It is very soft and comfortable. It is also really cute.

Soft shirt, correct design. Fit is woman’s so a small is a true woman’s small. But two stars because I eventually got the item. Terrible customer service. They never answered any emails until Jane intervened. The purple was more like maroon, which is not what I ordered but fine. Supposed to ship on 15th after a 3 week processing time which is up surd and didn’t ship till the 20th at 9Pm. Never had any problems with Jane or other vendors until this and the communication problems.

Excellent quality, very soft fabric. Fits pretty close to size, although I ordered a 3X (just to be safe) and normally wear a 2X.

I ordered this jacket in the size I always wear, never having a problem with that size. There was no information saying that it ran any different than normal. It came in extremely small!! I could not even zip it! I tried to contact the sellers in regard to the issue to see if there were other complaints or if something could be done but have yet to hear a word from them over a week later!! I do not normally leave bad reviews as I know that things and mishaps happen but would at least have appreciated some form of contact back!

I am extremely disappointed with this seller. I'm usually not one to leave a review but I am on here in hopes to warn others not to purchase from them. This item did not ship on time and after two failed attempts to contact the seller I emailed Jane to get a response. They did respond to Jane's email and surprisingly the shipping label was created the next day...convenient 🙄

Love my hat

I ordered the small...and everything fits perfectly except the arm length. The arm length is way to big...However, I am able to roll it up. It is a very warm fleece pullover that you can have multiple layers under. It is not a fitted pullover. I like my pullovers big though. Very nice, soft material. Everything was perfect except the long arm length.

Very pretty. Monogram looks great. Would have appreciated communication from seller to calm my nervousness about it arriving in time for Christmas.
