Miscommunication between myself and the seller on the initials I wanted on the hat. When I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue I got no reply. I sent an email twice to the listed contact email.

Zero stars. I was so excited about this hat too. I ordered on the 2nd of June, with an estimated shipping date of June 18. Being that it is a customized item, I fully understand that it may take some time to create and ship. Up until the 25th of June, the order status has read “processing”. I reached out to the seller one week after it was supposed to have shipped, to inquire about the status of my order, and did not receive any response. I then reached out to Jane Customer Support and they responded quickly, apologizing and reached out to the seller on my behalf. They never heard back from the seller, so I tried again, in a last ditch effort, and still have heard nothing from the seller. One month after purchasing an item, I am empty handed with no explaination. I am incredibly disappointed, and am not sure how a small business (or any business for that matter) can operate successfully with such terrible customer service, and zero communication with their customers and vendors. Purchase with caution!
