The bill is not sewn on straight on both hats. When I straighten the hat on my head so the bill looks even on both sides of my face the embroidery is not centered on the top. Embroidered part is great but the hats are not.

The D looked like it was backwards, but that may have been the font. ???

Hat came in perfect condition and the embroidery is perfect! My teenage daughter hasn't taken it off since it came in. Thank you!

They sent me my hat with the wrong initials, but the initials was corrects where I placed my order. I emailed them 2 days again and again today and still haven’t received a email back !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED
