Same issue as others. No response from the seller. Jane intervened. Received my item today......however the monogram is located in such an odd place that I will NEVER wear it. Don’t purchase....turn and run!
I like the product, disappointed with the seller. The item shipped out a week late and never responded to either myself or Jane when trying to get information about when it would ship. Very poor customer service.

It took over a month to ship. I ordered charcoal color with red design, the writing is not very bright it kind of fades into the charcoal color. Also the sizing is bigger, I ordered small but it’s more medium. I was hoping for slim fit, but it fits baggy.
The shirt never did ship on time. I contacted the shop 3 times before contacting Jane.com. I ended up getting a refund for the shirt.
