My order was supposed to be shipped by August 16th and I have sent an email for an update. No response. It is now 10 days late. I hope it eventually comes!

Was supposed to ship August 9th but still haven't received the item.

I have never received the hat. It was supposed to ship by Aug. 11th and I have no tracking. I have emailed merchant and no response after a week.

Just like my grandpa used to make. Gorgeous. I wish I could have every single one.

Hat is super cute, but I ordered it July 31 and it was delivered Sept 11. Tried contacting seller several times with no result prior to receiving hat. Even Jane rep contacted with no response. Love the hat now that it’s here
