Never received nor got a response when emailed either do not recommend

I ordered this a month ago and it still shows it has not been shipped. How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Never received my order or any response back from the seller.

Tracking for my item was created two weeks ago. I reached out to the seller to see if there was maybe an error in the tracking. I have not heard back.

Seller will not respond back to my emails. I have emailed them twice now. I have not received my hat and the shipping label was created over 2 weeks ago but my hat was never mailed. Unacceptable!!

My order was supposed to be shipped by August 16th and I have sent an email for an update. No response. It is now 10 days late. I hope it eventually comes!
