I ordered 2 brushed - paid for 2 and never received the second brush. Emailed the company NO RESPONSE> NO REFUND! Terrible customer service. Jane should Make this right and terminate doing biz with this shoppe

Ran out of stock of the i wanted. But I did get a gift to compensate

I purchased two brushes. When my package came, I only received one of my brushes but the packing slip said both were shipped. I have contacted the sellers with no response. I would not purchase from them again.

Not like my wet brush I bought at my local department store. Bristles were flimsy. Didn’t come thru the knots like my original brush.

It doesn’t even brush when my hair is wet.

Just OK...not a great brush

Love these brushes but it came in a bag and the bristles were all smashed on the bottom.

so much easier to brush my hair out after I wash it and it doesn't break it off.

Came fast. Look just like pic. Giving as gifts so hope the work as promised.

I had no issues with the seller but the brush itself is significantly different than wet brushes I've bought in the past, much more stiff, like the off brands. I'm not impressed, and truly an disappointed and won't let my daughter use it because it tears her curls pretty bad. Regarding the seller . . . Great shipping time and I had zero issues with them! I'll buy from them again!
