Really liked this product
The iron heats up so hot, you can’t even hold it!
Hi Charla! This is the first report we have heard of the iron overheating and we offer our fullest apologies for sending what seems to be a defective unit. We have forwarded this incident to the manufacturer to alert of what is potentially a serious safety issue. We have also emailed you personally and have processed a full refund.
My bottle came and it was opened! I was not a happy camper because I wasn’t able to use it.
It's a nice brush. Runs right threw my tangles
It did not exceed my expectations, although my hair is silky when I get out of the shower. It stills seems to pull and break some of my hair though.
The color change is not as drastic as it looks on the screen. The yellow to red is more of a mustard to orange. The lite to dark purple is hardly noticeable. It also takes extremes to get them to change. Think ice or hot water.
It really works!
