My husband loves this glass It was a perfect anniversary gift

The brush itself seems to be of good quality, but I'm not impressed with the quality of the etching. Some of the letters and the stars were way too dark and appeared burned. I reached out to the company and they recommended that I wipe the brush down with a wet cloth to remove the dark areas. That didn't work because the lettering was way too small for the cloth to reach, so I had to painstakingly scrub each individual letter with first a wet cotton swab and then a toothpick. I just feel like this should have been done before it was sent out to me, especially since it took 3 weeks to ship.

Cute! Will make great stocking stuffers. Haven't used so not sure how well they insulate.

Extremely disappointed in these. Be careful what you order! I reached out to the seller with a complaint that could have been Easily corrected, but instead I was given a lame excuse with no offer to fix the issue with my order. You can not read the engraving, the same color as the holder was used. Why even bother engraving it if you can’t read the name????

Seller took forever to ship out. It was two weeks past the estimated ship out date before a Jane agent got them to send me my order. It arrived today and it's not even my order. I received somebody else's order. I'm super disappointed in the seller for not being able to manage time commitments andfor not taking the time to make sure each order is properly packaged.I would save yourself a headache and skip ordering this item.
