It look a little cheap, and the top of the cup was not the bes quality or material. The personalization looks good though.
Very well done, the mug and the etching look great. This will be a perfect gift for my son’s first Father’s Day.
Love the mug!!! Haven’t used it because it is a Father’s Day gift for my husband, but very satisfied with the quality. And the customer service is excellent!

Product itself was great quality, but the personalized scripting was not what was ordered. It said on the shipping label/order receipt to say "you're the best" but happy father's day was used instead. Took several weeks to arrive, so there isn't time to get it redone.
