Cute, small jewelry holder! Perfect for my teenage daughter !

I purchased one of these for my Mom, for Mother's Day. the engraving is just slightly crooked, a little low on the bottom right & a little high on the upper left. the message is not engraved deeply, you can still read it, but, itlooks slightly faded. The "signature" is a deeper engraving. so, there's no trouble seeing or reading it, it's alot brighter then the sentiment on the card. I do love the sentiment on the card, so I will probably still give it to my Mom on Mother's Day. However, I do wish that they had checked the quality of the work, as well as, it's placement on the. card more carefully before shipping it out to me.

Received product, names were correct but initials were those on the sample not the ones for the names I submitted I sent email to seller hoping they would help with rectifying the mistake Seller contacted me today and is sending out corrected item I am pleased with response from the seller and excited to receive the intended item.. Update... correct item was promised to be delivered in time for Valentine's Day Never received and never got any other further communication from this seller Do not recommend Extremely disappointed ,

The product was nice and they put the correct names, but they left the incorrect initials on the design, and they do not match the names listed

I got someone else's order! I've emailed 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. Has anyone else had this problem?!?!

I saw where another girl on here received someone else’s order.. I’m curious if it was mine lol. I also received someone else’s order, everything was completely wrong. I contacted the seller on the same day I got it & haven’t gotten a response in almost a week. I contacted them again, so we’ll see what happens. I’ve never left a review on here before, but I’m really sad about this!
