Received item with incorrect lettering but received quick response from the company and they are replacing it with no issue. Great customer service, fast shipping, and the product is so cute!!

I’ve ordered engraved keychains from other sellers on Jane, this doesn’t look/feel engraved, looks like cheap vinyl/sublimation. Was looking forward to giving it as part of a gift, now it’s just like “meh” 😒. Ordered 07/03 received 07/23
My only complaint was they put apostrophe in wrong space
The writing was small than expected and looked slightly cheap. Was going to use it as Christmas gifts.
