The acrylic etching is beautiful, but I had ordered 2 of these and only received one stand I have reached out to the company so that they could make this right and have received no response Horrible customer service

It's just a crappy piece of wood with holes drilled. The wood looks rotten and it's not sealed. Not worth $19.99. Disappointed.

Super cute but the holes were too small to fit earrings making it useless unfortunately. Super disappointed

My holes were not all drilled through making them unusable I have just thrown this out It was a waste of money

I got mine and there was no base for the piece to stand in !! It was supposed to be an Easter basket gift but I guess not!

I ordered this and i came incomplete missing the bottom stand. I contacted the seller and they gave me the complete run around. I was not refunded or sent the correct stand. If i could give zero stars i would

Definitely does not look like the picture that was advertised. The wood is extremely flimsy and the holes and name must have been made by burning the wood. It left marks all over and as soon as I opened the package I got an overwhelming campfire smell. Very disappointed

I still have not received my product. It’s been over two weeks since I placed my order. I hope it is here in time for Christmas….

Do not buy! The wood jewelry stands are poor quality, thin and cheap. I would not recommend them. I requested a refund and the seller never gave me the information to return.

I ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts. The first one was super cute. The second one was too thick and wouldn’t fit into the block stand and therefore broke. I reached out to the seller who shipped a replacement. The writing on the replacement is very poor quality and honestly looks terrible. I would not buy again based on the multiple issues.

Do not buy and Save your money!! Received just the acrylic. No stand to hold it up. Emailed seller with no response. Product is useless without the stand. It was also way smaller than the pictures. It was literally the size of my hand.

If you have a problem with shipping, defect etc. do not expect an answer in return to any thing you have sent them. I reached out immediately after I placed the order when I realized that the shipping address was my old address (I had not ordered from this website in a long time) and never got a response. I sent multiple messages and since they do not have a telephone number I was unable to fix my order and it was shipped to my old home so I am out now the cost of this product.  as of today I still have yet to hear back from this company.

Etching didn't even completely go through the wood, it looks spotty. Name isn't centered and name wasn't capitalized even though I specified it to be. Shipping label printed but didn't ship until days after it was estimated to be here once I got Jane involved, then they shipped it. No response from company for the poor quality. Not happy with my purchase and definitely would not recommend.

Love the jewelry holder but it did not come with a stand so it’s basically useless.

Great concept but the holes that are pre drilled into the acrylic are too small. I had to force some of the earrings through and still only able to use about half of the holes or else risk bending/breaking the earring posts. I had really high hopes for this but think the holes need to be drilled slightly thicker.

The stand does not fit in the intended slot on the base to hold it up.

The bottom wood part was broken and the back of the wood panel was black like it got burnt.

My daughter can't get the earrings into the holes!!!!

I want to give them 5 starts but...I ordered two, one was broken and one had a miss-spelling. I emailed the company, but have not received a response.
