This item arrived exactly as described and the seller went above and beyond (after a little shipping issue that was beyond their control). We couldn’t be happier with this! It is beautiful and already proudly displayed and holding her precious jewelry.

Not as cute as I’d hoped

I’m glad it was only $8 ( which is still too much for what I received) I ordered the purple bunny with the cursive font, I think it was called Julia, thinking it would look like the one pictured that says “Lucy”. My daughters name is also 4 letters. It’s so small and fine that I can hardly even see her name written on it. And it is not written diagonally like I thought it would be, again referring to the “Lucy” bunny. Oh, and it arrived after Easter...

When it first arrived, the personalization was incomplete. "To" and "From" part on the right half of the card was personalized, but the left half still had the names from the example sentences. It took a long time for the vendor to respond, and I had to have the Jane customer service to help me push this forward. Although the vendor promised the 24-hr turnaround, it took several days after that. I really wanted to gift this to my boyfriend in a timely manner, upon his return from his trip, but it took extra 10 days or so. I was able to give it to him before he left for his next trip, but it was very close. As far as product itself goes, it is cute and my boyfriend liked it. Attention to details and customer service was not so great.

The Easter Bunny brought this nightlight for my son’s basket. He’s so in love with it. He turns it on every night and changes the colors. Would buy this again.

I received my stand and the base was missing. The customer service was AMAZING! Definitely something to take note of. Great seller, beautiful product for my daughters room.
