I think they should make sure it looks okay. If it looks terrible and no one else would be able to read it, then fix it. They gave me a refund, but I wanted a new shirt made. I emailed them on how they could fix my shirt. It took them over a week to even respond.

The shirt was custom printed, exactly to your order. You emailed stating you didn't like the way your mascot name looked, printed in the advertised design. Your mascot name had very few letters, as it is a shorter name. Unfortunatley, we can't change the number of letters in your mascot name, so there was no way to fix that. We responded the day after we received your email, issued a full refund and allowed you to keep the shirt, free of charge.

The listing photo and what I received are very different. The colors are so faded that red looks pink and dark navy look like pale blue. So disappointed….. I am not allowed to return this item apparently.
