I have tried to reach out multiple times but am told the email is not able to receive mail. The sweatshirt that I purchased was the wrong color.
When I received my shirt, it didn’t look right at all as far as the printing. It was also not centered and crooked. I can literally measure 6” on one side and 10” on the other. Tried to contact the seller with no response. More than likely will not get a response as well as not get a reprint or refund. The only good thing I can say is they shipped it in a decent time. I wish I could attach a picture.

The shirt is comfortable and fits but the colors are very light. Much lighter than the examples. The colors are nothing like the ones shown in the pictures.

Overall I like the sweatshirt but the colors are totally off. I asked for navy and dark green and it’s very light. Compared to the color sheet I have Royal and Green, not the colors I wanted or that of the school.
I ordered the TEACH sweatshirt and the TEACH is tiny. It does not look like the picture at all. I will not be ordering from them again. I also can’t return it because it is personalized.
Quality is gold buy late shipping unfortunately 😑
I ordered the blue Merry + Bright sweatshirt like the one pictured. It came with very dull, muted coloring. There were no white ornaments like the picture, just very muted lavender where the white should have been. I was really looking forward to this because the picture was so cute. Will have to return:(
Edit: after reading my review, the owner reached out and offered a full refund. It was processed quickly. Thank you for the costumer service. However, had the product matched the listing and images for advertising, there wouldn’t have needed to be a refund.
Not as pictured. Poor quality printing- dark navy and gold looked like faded blue and orange. Not eligible for refund because of custom order.
Got this shirt for myself and my girlfriend and LOVE it! Get lots of laughs…little do they know it’s true 😉
