So this is a mixed review. Let me start by saying these shirts are adorable! Fits true to size and no complaints on customization. Everything was printed as ordered. Shipping did take a while -- a few weeks. What did go wrong was when I washed the two shirts (separate from all other clothes) and pulled them out of the washer to hang dry (I never dry my shirts), the coloring from one shirt bled onto that shirt and the second shirt I ordered and ruined both. I immediately contacted Jane, and the seller refunded my account by the next day. So I have no problems with their customer service whatsoever. I'm even considering trying to order again and maybe just trying a lighter color character that hopefully won't bleed. They really are adorable shirts!

I was excited to order a customizable version of this shirt. My entire office staff ordered. Our first issue was that we weren’t sure if the “Little Miss” was included or needed to be added in the custom text. I emailed this question and never heard a reply. Our second issue was that shirts showed “shipped” within a day of ordering but didn’t actually ship for over two weeks. Lastly, my shirt arrived with a typo (apostrophe was left out). We need the shirts for a dress up day this week, so there is no time to get it reordered. Frustrating experience from start to finish with this seller.

Seller is quick to respond to any issue. My order was lost/stuck somewhere out there and the seller was able to resend another shirt. Great quality and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend!!

Item took close to a month to come in. I ordered silver with dark green. It looks more like charcoal with black and the print is noticeably off centered and lopsided. I WILL NOT be wearing it. Looks hideous.

Looks nothing like the ad, I emailed to address the issues but never heard back. Unfortunate, the pic is so cute, my product, not even close. :(

Runs small but good quality.

I love this shirt. It will be perfect to wear to work when I teach on casual day.

Super poor quality. The screen printing is awful. I have a random black streak no where near the character in the middle of the shirt. This looks like a child made this. Shipping took a full 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Emailed the seller 5x and even Jane emailed and there was no reply. Don’t waste your time or money!

What's not to like? The colors that are available are striking, and I thought the "Arizona" graphic was extremely well laid-out!

Supposedly shipped 8/8/22. It is now 8/20 and tracking shows it is still in Idaho Falls. At this point I don’t even want the towels anymore.

It is very cute. However, I purchased the XL and it is VERY long. I am 5 ft 3. I would have also preferred a softer fabric.

The single star and lack of recommendation is due to poor communication and apathy on the maker’s part. A real disappointment, as this was my first buying experience with Jane. That being said, the Jane customer service team was AWESOME.

I ordered this on 7/25 to be sure it would be here by my daughters first day of sixth grade (8/15) and it appeared to be shipped on 7/27…I waited and waited and no movement. I emailed the company and Jane.com more than once…eventually, I got a response from the company who made the shirt…they felt bad, re-shipped another shirt and also gave us a refund. While, it did not arrive in time for the first day of school, it did arrive by the second day. We were disappointed but appreciated the company making it right.

These shirts are adorable and fun. It was so awesome to pick the words and characters. Quick turn around time!

Nice comfy t shirt. There was a shipping issue, to no fault of the vendor, and Elle was great about resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Very good customer service!

Elle and Emmy went above and beyond to make a crummy situation perfect. Shipping took longer than expected and my shirts didn’t make it in time for my vacation. The shirts were delivered while on vacation. They are perfect, and will be worn in the future. Elle and Emmy graciously offered me a full refund for the trouble and were great with communicating everything with me. I will definitely order from them again!
