Item took close to a month to come in. I ordered silver with dark green. It looks more like charcoal with black and the print is noticeably off centered and lopsided. I WILL NOT be wearing it. Looks hideous.

Runs small but good quality.

I love this shirt. It will be perfect to wear to work when I teach on casual day.

Super poor quality. The screen printing is awful. I have a random black streak no where near the character in the middle of the shirt. This looks like a child made this. Shipping took a full 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Emailed the seller 5x and even Jane emailed and there was no reply. Don’t waste your time or money!

What's not to like? The colors that are available are striking, and I thought the "Arizona" graphic was extremely well laid-out!

Supposedly shipped 8/8/22. It is now 8/20 and tracking shows it is still in Idaho Falls. At this point I don’t even want the towels anymore.

It is very cute. However, I purchased the XL and it is VERY long. I am 5 ft 3. I would have also preferred a softer fabric.

The single star and lack of recommendation is due to poor communication and apathy on the maker’s part. A real disappointment, as this was my first buying experience with Jane. That being said, the Jane customer service team was AWESOME.

I ordered this on 7/25 to be sure it would be here by my daughters first day of sixth grade (8/15) and it appeared to be shipped on 7/27…I waited and waited and no movement. I emailed the company and Jane.com more than once…eventually, I got a response from the company who made the shirt…they felt bad, re-shipped another shirt and also gave us a refund. While, it did not arrive in time for the first day of school, it did arrive by the second day. We were disappointed but appreciated the company making it right.

These shirts are adorable and fun. It was so awesome to pick the words and characters. Quick turn around time!

Nice comfy t shirt. There was a shipping issue, to no fault of the vendor, and Elle was great about resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Very good customer service!

Elle and Emmy went above and beyond to make a crummy situation perfect. Shipping took longer than expected and my shirts didn’t make it in time for my vacation. The shirts were delivered while on vacation. They are perfect, and will be worn in the future. Elle and Emmy graciously offered me a full refund for the trouble and were great with communicating everything with me. I will definitely order from them again!

Was disappointed. Ordered purple lettering on white shirt. The purple looked almost black and was not contrasting with the black mascot name. Looks like it all runs together.
