Love the shirts, great quality will buy again
Was sent the wrong item and seller was unresponsive until I contacted Jane to step in. I was then given a refund but no offer to send me the correct item. Would not buy from this seller again
This is such a cute t-shirt!
I received the wrong product. The process was difficult for return and wasn’t worth the hassle. Just won’t order anything again.
I ended up contacting Jane for a refund. The shirt quality is awful. The shirts pictured look like Bella Canvas, but I received cheap, scratchy shirts from Port & Company. The colors are completely different than shown. The red is a bright red and the green is a bright Kelly green. I know times are tough, but bad quality and pictures of different products than received will lead you to bad reviews.
I placed my order on November 6, my order did not arrive until November 29th. I would not recommend ordering this product if you expect to your order in a timely manner. Most of my Jane orders come in faster than this seller ships.
Bought as a gift, good qualty
It looked exactly like it should. Is nice and soft and size was perfect.
The sizing is way off. Ordered a small. My daughter always wears a small, I always wear a large. It is too big for my size L body. And it’s not what I expected. The sweatshirt is not stylish. It is a Hanes sweatshirt with a wide collar and cuffs like what was made 50 years ago. Not the style young people want to wear now.
I ordered 2 shirts and they were lost in the mail. The seller was super responsive and shipped another 2 out right away. But they are not soft at all. They were super wrinkly right out of the dryer and very stiff. I was hoping they would be the soft Bella type of shirt.
Poor customer service. First shipment was “lost” even though the tracking number showed the shipping facility never received it to begin with. After emailing the seller to let them know they said they’d send another one out ASAP. I asked to get the tracking number to the new packages and then never got a response. I had to email Jane customer service to get them to help me get a refund. Once Jane contacted the seller directly I had a new tracking number within 24 hours.
