My shirt still has not arrived. Haven’t heard a thing from the company either.

The towels took awhile to ship and arrived with purple stain on them and holes all over them! Do not purchase!!!!

1 Star is being generous. I ordered a shirt on 11/19 and it said it would ship on 11/28. On 12/4 I emailed to find out why it hadn’t shipped, as this is a Christmas gift. No response. I emailed again on the morning of 12/6. Again, no response. So I emailed Jane to find out. They emailed me back on 12/6 and cc’d Elle and Emmy and said they’d give them 2 business days to respond. It is now 12/8 and still no response. Absolutely atrocious. I realize this is Christmas time but good grief. I ordered this 5 weeks before Christmas and it hasn’t even shipped yet. There’s no excuse. I just needed a response. I’ve used Jane in the past, and my friend has too. We’ve never had a negative experience. I’ll now be buying merchandise elsewhere.
