Shipping took an extremely long time; package only moved after I contacted Jane (but no response from seller.) Then, the shirt arrived and was NOT charcoal. It was a very light, ugly, brownish-gray. I will update the review if the situation is resolved. UPDATE: Seller has reached out and offered to make the situation right by remaking the shirt and offering a refund. I will update again once the new shirt is received. UPDATE #2: I received my new shirt and it matches what was shown in the ad. I appreciate the seller’s willingness to make this right.

I gave it 4 stars because the state is wrinkled. I can’t iron it. It’s a nice t shirt it’s comfortable and it’s a little longer than a a regular t shirt..

EDIT: wonderful customer service! They addressed my concerns in an understanding way. I am happy with this shop and how the situation was handled. Thank you! I ordered two different shirts in different colors and received two different brands (neither flattering or Bella and Canvas as a previous reviewer had stated). These are men cut shirts and are rough. Love the phrase and positive message but not happy with the shirts.
