It is very cute but it is a long-sleeve tshirt with a hood.
Ordered for a Christmas present at the end of November...have yet to receive item and was told the first time I contacted the vendor the item should be on the way. Second email resulted in no response so I sent a third email with a copy to Jane to only receive a refund today!! I have 2 days to find a replacement gift for our party on Friday!!!!
