Size seemed to run large. I usually wear medium and should’ve ordered small. Other than that I LOVE IT!!!
True to size.
Just received my shirt! Love the way my design turned out. Was hoping t-shirt would be a little softer but still great quality.
My item arrived not as pictures. I emailed and the customer service was AmAZING! They helped resolve my issue in a very timely manner.

Cute but way too big. I ordered a size up because all the reviews said “they wished it was bigger”. I wish I could get another one one size smaller.
This shirt is so cute, my first order was lost, but I emailed them and she responded immediately and sent a new one out, I can’t wait to wear it tomorrow

SUPER bummed when I received my sweatshirt. I order "Gold" for my background color and it in no way looks gold or any shade of yellow. It definitely not the shade of gold that is displayed in the visual given for choice options. I understand the color will not be perfect, but it should resemble some shade of yellow. I will not be able to wear this to my school as planned because it is not my schools colors and will be against our schools policy for spirit wear.
Seller was very cooperative . Can’t wait to get my shirt and wear it at Disney !
I ordered the grey sweatshirt with purple lettering. The purple looks black. It is not vibrant at all and is not what I was hoping for. Needed something purple for my daughter’s school colors. The pictures for the product are very misleading.
I ordered this sweatshirt on 7/21. I received a notification that it shipped out on 7/22. After waiting 10 days and not receiving it, I contacted Jane and this boutique to get an update. While I NEVER heard anything from the boutique. Jane was extremely helpful. After giving Elle&Emmy a few days to respond (they never did), Jane issued a full refund. Out of nowhere, my package arrived yesterday (8/15). I’m glad I got the refund, as the colors are awful and not like the example picture. I ordered gold writing, and it’s very orange.
Ordered 3 shirts, supposedly they shipped the day after I ordered. Three weeks later still haven’t received the shirts even though seller said she would resend them. According to the post office they were never dropped off to be mailed. Would not recommend buying from this seller. Wish I read other reviews before ordering.
Shows label created Aug 4 and now Aug 16 and still nothing as package hasn’t been dropped off at post office. After seeing reviews I’m thinking this is a common practice from this seller.
