Super soft but I sized up and it may be a tad toooo big

Still haven’t received my full order not follow up with a refund. I ordered these shirts as a Christmas gift and still haven’t seen them. I notified the seller and finally got a canned response but no action! Buyer beware. Terrible service.
Do not order from this company. The shirt was advertised as a woman’s fitted tee and it’s actually a men’s tee. I have tried multiple times to contact the seller with no response. Very disappointing.
