4 weeks still have not received item. Ordered 11/3, on 11/30 still says processing. May need to order in advance. Had to become christmas present.
It’s been 4 weeks and my order hasn’t even shipped yet.
I placed my order before Halloween, and still have not received my towel. I received a tracking number 3 weeks ago saying USPS is waiting for the package, and still nothing. I have tried contacting the seller several times for an update, but have had no confirmation of where my order is.
My order was supposed to ship two weeks ago. I ordered it an entire month ago and it is still processing.
Very disappointed with the Luke Skywalker towel. In the photo, it has ‘Use the Force’ with a light saber embroidered on it. However, the one I received did not have this embroidery. The face is not recognizable enough to know what it’s supposed to be. The quality seems good, but I would have chosen another design. The picture is too misleading and is frankly a lie.

After a long wait for shipment, I received the incorrect order! UPDATE!! The seller replied within a few hours, willing to send a paid return slip for the wrong items and promised to ship my missing towel out ASAP. The towels received are super cute, so I’m looking forward to having the correct order.
