This item was supposed to of been shipped out on Dec. 9th and the seller has not even shipped it yet. The last email I sent she responded I would receive my order in a couple of days. I wrote her again asking if I would get by Christmas and no response.

They never shipped the item to me

Seller STILL has not shipped my items that are supposed to be Christmas gifts. Do not recommend purchasing from them.

I purchased this early November to be sure I got in time for Christmas and it’s 6 days to Christmas and I haven’t received it yet. I’ve contacted the seller and she said Id have it in time and it should be shipped out by last weekend December 8th. I should have received it by now dec 19th. A shipping label was made but No other information if it’s be sent out yet.

No response from seller. Item says shipped over 8 days ago but still has not be received at outgoing USPS.

Ordered on Nov 23rd, listing said these would be available to ship on Dec 9th & it is now Dec 17th & I have no towels & no tracking information! I have contacted her several times asking for updates on my order that I expected to have in plenty of time to give as a gift for Xmas! She does not respond to emails, then when she did, claimed my order would ship out today. Well today is now last business hours & my items have not shipped out & I have no update from her. She is unreliable, unable to fulfill her orders & horrible at communicating! I will never place an order with this seller again! These towels were not cheap! Over $60 for 2 of them! The runaround I have received regarding my order is just inexcusable. I suggest staying far away from this shop! I have contacted Jane on this as well. UPDATE - I FINALLY received my items today 12/21. Took a solid month! I will admit these are the best quality of this type of towel I have ever ordered. So that makes me happy. However, in the future I would not order them for a gift, due to the extremely long shipping time.

This seller has awful communication! My order was placed Nov. 23rd, it is now Dec17th & I STILL do not have my order. Her listing claimed the items would be ready to ship on Dec 9th. She finally got back to me claiming they would ship today & that also did not happen! This seller is unreliable, untrustworthy, charges a lot for her towels & then doesn’t come through on her orders! I will never place an order with this person again. I expected to have my order in time for Xmas & obviously that isn’t going to happen. I have now contacted Jane to help me resolve this. UPDATE - I finally received these items today 12/21. I will admit, they are the best quality of this type of character towel that I have ever ordered. That being said, I would still not order these to give as a gift due to the insanely long shipping window. It took a solid MONTH before I received my items!!

I ordered my product about a month and a half ago and it still hasn’t shipped. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and the birthday has come and gone. I would not recommend ordering from this seller.

I ordered on November 2 and never received my order. I contacted the seller three time before hearing back. She said my item would ship within the week, and it never did. Highly disappointed. I asked for a refund.

Such good quality! I was very impressed, it's huge and will last my daughter a while. Took a while to get but worth it!

I do not normally give bad reviews, especially on something so cute. The towels themselves are adorable. The customer service however, was extremely poor. I ordered these on 10/30. On 11/19 it still showed as pre-shipment and the seller indicates they should be shipped on 11/20. I contacted them several times before 11/30 with no response. Finally I stated if I did not hear back, I was going to request a refund through Jane. The seller responded stating they were in her car and she was going to ship them. I finally got them on 12/7.

Was supposed to ship on Nov 20th still no sign of shipping. I have a tracking number but it has never arrived to be shipped. I tried contacting the seller via Jane and no response. I found her ETSY page and she finally responded. Said she would have it shipped by the end of last week, still nothing. I Hope I get before Christmas!

Did not receive item. Very disappointed.

Item still shows processing...Ordered for a Christmas present and am now thinking they will never make it! I wish that the seller would be more forthcoming with the SLOW turn around and delivery time.

Took FOREVER to arrive but they turned out cute.

Update: Seller FINALLY responded to my numerous emails and promised it would be shipped out by the end of last week. Tracking number provided still shows as preshipment on 11/29. Will be requesting a refund. I have not received my order. Said it would ship 11/25. No tracking info available. I emailed the seller over a week ago with no reply. Very disappointed.
