I was so excited to order this as a gift for a dear friend. Unfortunately it arrived scratched and tangled and the seller has not responded to my email inquiry. Very disappointed.
Ordered one before, loved it. Arrive md without any issues. Ordered a second one a couple months later and the inscription was incorrect. I’ve reached out to the seller and have had no luck with getting a response back, hence 1 star. If I didn’t run into this issue, 5 stars for sure because the item is adorable and exactly what I was expecting

I like the way it is shown. But, getting it in person, the letters are small, too small for someone to read. They are not a clear as shown. This was a mother's day gift and now I'll have to shop for something else. I'm disappointed. (MY apologies)
