Right necklace and price

Sent email about defective earrings. Company never responded.

Bad customer service. Does not want to please an unhappy customer. Name on bangle was not spaced evenly. One letter was spaced far from the rest of the letters in the name. The designer did not space the letters evenly. I sent her a picture and complained to Kara by email several times but she told me there was nothing wrong and that it looked normal. This was a gift for my daughter but I am not happy giving it to her. Also, the bangle came in a ziplog bag and not in a gift box, which could’ve been more secure. The bangle could’ve bent in the envelope they used. BEWARE if you have a problem!

I ordered a necklace but received a bracelet. You can see the silver beneath the gold, it was rubbed off or not coated properly. Other than those two issues, the bracelet is cute. I love the personalized disks.
